Armored thermocouple has a slender body shape, fast heat response, resistance to vibration, long life and easy to bend, etc., widely used in aviation, atomic energy, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, electrical and other industrial sectors and research areas, especially suitable for installation in the pipeline narrow, winding and demands rapid response, micro-oriented place special temperature.
Armored thermocouple is usually sheathed thermocouple components, installation of fixture and the reference side connected devices and other major parts.
■Feature
Temperature range, reaction speed, diameter is small, temperature responsive, easy installation, long service life, good gas tightness, mechanical strength good. There may be vibration, low temperature, high temperature under the conditions of use.

Bottom-touch
type

 

Fast response speed; pressure up to 3.4 × 102MPa; is not applicable to electromagnetic interference occasions.

Insulation type

 

Speed of response compared with the previous two kinds is slow, long service life; anti-electromagnetic interference; no special requirements for rapid response to events that use this form.

Separating insulation type

■ Armored thermocouple structure
Description: • The minimum outer diameter of armored thermocouple, K type is Φ0.25mm, E type is Φ1.0mm, the maximum outer diameter of armored thermocouple, K type is Φ8mm, be ing able to provide Φ10mm.
• The minimum outer diameter of dual insulation type thermocouple is Φ3.0mm, the minimum outside diameter of separating insulation type is Φ4.0mm.
• The minimum outer diameter of flameproof armored thermocouple is Φ3.0mm.
• The minimum outer diameter of fixed ferrule thread and fixed ferrule flange armored thermocouple is Φ3.0mm.
