Nuclear 1E level armored thermocouple composed by NiCr-NiAl wire, 316L stainless steel tube, high-purity fused MgO insulation, has advantages of resistance to irradiation, anti-vibration, anti-pressure, bending, fast thermal response, high precision, long-term stability, long service life, easy installation etc., primarily used to monitor the core temperature distribution of nuclear pile, adapting to one loop and two-loop reactor 0 ~ 800 ℃ temperature measurement, and other areas that require high reliability of temperature measurement.
● Structure
• Measuring terminal: measuring terminal is insulation type, being made into variable cross-section form according to user requirements.
• Reference side: reference side with anti-radiation, waterproof sealed connectors and anti-nuclear radiation nuclear level compensation cable.
• Fixture: in accordance with the specific requirements of thermocouple installation, use ferrule, welding or other means, be determined in consultation with users.

(9) Surface temperature thermocouple
Surface temperature thermocouple has a variety of structures, characterized by the thermocouple to maintain contact with the workpiece, fast response.
■ End surface thermocouple: mainly used to measure the bearing internal mixer or others surface temperature, temperature range of 0-250 ℃, graduation No.: K, E, J, T, many structural forms to choose, also designed according to user requirements, standard: Q/YCS106-1998.
■ Ribbon thermocouple: ribbon thermocouple wire is rolled into a thin strip processed bandwidth of 0.5-1.2mm, with a thickness of 0.05-0.5mm, used to measure the solid surface temperature, fixation can be used paste or spot welding, response time 0.01-0.05s, temperature range :0-400 ℃, graduation No.: K, E.
(10)Level measurement hot side heat thermocouple QHKK -
The working principle is based on differential thermal measurement, equidistant from multiple sensors in the protection tube assembly, using the temperature difference between liquid and gas measurement level. Level measurement can be used for nuclear reactors and the chemical condition.
